alright. thanks guys, you've been supportive. so since i posted two emo and short dumb posts, ima take a little more time on this(: weeeelll today was the tri meet against bonita and covina. lets seee we didnt do THAT great, here are my stats.

110 hurdles: 16.97 <- PR
300 hurdles: 46.72 <- PR
Long Jump: 0 (i fail, me and thomas totally missed our jumps >:O)

well all in all it was a good day, i had some great moments while in the bus and having to make sarah sleep during that bumpy bus ride, then as the meet goes on and on me and david decide to get some in n out since we are hungry as fuhhh! as we're there i see that sarah, kat and heather are also there plus some more rowland kids. We waited and got caught by coach partin and now the coaches are probably pissed and tomorrow will be the worst day in track for us :[ anyways i dont really know the stats but im guessing thomas does. welll the ride back was sure interesting(: patrick caught me doing the nastay w/ the hornyjap but its ok(: haha! umm now, some words of encouragement to the few who might want it.

phillip, you know i love you bro and you've always been there for me. You always know what to do and i know that no matter how stupid i tell you you are, you'll say im stupider and i hope that cheers you up(: .. I'm sure you'll snap out of your funk cause you always know what to do. keep it up and i'm here for you bro, you still make my senior year one of the best(:

thomas, same goes for you, i love you too and i know you've just shrugged off a lot of weight and sometimes i can tell you may be making the wrong move to just hurt you more and im gonna tell you that you're stronger than this(: im pretty sure you know what you're doing so ima just tell you not to spend so much time over someone who doesnt deserve it at the moment and come chill with your friends who're here for you. (:

kanow, you're one little confused beyotch(: but you're my bestie and i know that you may be a little stupid at times but when you need something im right here for you. So dont worry too much about other hardships. You're best friend is here and all your other caring friends(;

celo, you're not in the best of situations but you're always one to keep yourself up high. You know whats what and im pretty sure i can rely on you to keep yourself to a higher level than those faggot shit talkers. im here for you baby, just keep that in mind.
